CEO Message

Solving healthcare challenges
in the Global South through business.

In the spring of 2022, we founded this company with one big dream: to solve healthcare challenges in the Global South through business development.

What I witnessed in African healthcare settings were doctors who had the knowledge but lacked the equipment, and healthcare workers who wanted to learn new skills but had no opportunity. The "learning" and "funding" that Japan's healthcare industry takes for granted were overwhelmingly scarce there.

We are tackling this challenge by scaling the medical education expertise we have built alongside pharmaceutical and medical device companies in Japan, leveraging the power of technology and finance.

We look forward to working together with you in the Global South.

Career

After completing a master's degree in International Agricultural Development at Tokyo University of Agriculture, Kenta served as an assistant to the Vice President at the same university. In 2014, he was dispatched to the Independent State of Samoa as a JICA Japan Overseas Cooperation Volunteer. After returning to Japan, he joined Ritsumeikan University in 2016 as a University Research Administrator (URA), where he worked on the social implementation of smart sensing wear and ultrasonic speakers at the Center of Innovation (COI), intellectual property management, industry-academia collaboration, and entrepreneurial education. He planned and managed the Ritsumeikan University Lean Launchpad program. From 2020, he served as General Manager of AfricaScan, a subsidiary of CancerScan, Inc., working on healthcare challenges in Kenya and East Africa. In 2022, he founded AA Health Dynamics Inc.
